PENSA Legon, the Pentecost Students and Associates of the University of Ghana, is a dynamic Christian organization under the Church of Pentecost’s youth ministry. Located on the University of Ghana campus, PENSA Legon serves as a spiritual and developmental hub for students, welcoming members from the Church of Pentecost and other Bible-believing denominations.

 

The organization focuses on empowering students to be transformative leaders in all areas of life, grounded in faith, academic excellence, leadership development, personal growth, and innovation. Its activities align with the Church’s "Possessing the Nations Agenda" through evangelism, leadership training, and outreach.

PENSA Legon comprises seven departments (Evangelism, Bible Study, Prayer, Media, Organizing, Music and Drama, and Transport), three wings (Business and Political Chamber, Ladies Wing, Gents Wing), and several halls and branches, including Akuafo, Legon, and Mensah Sarbah halls, and off-campus branches for non-residents.

Weekly programs, including services, midweek meetings, and departmental gatherings, support members’ spiritual, academic, and personal development. PENSA Legon fosters inclusivity, mentorship, and unity, equipping students to succeed academically, grow spiritually, and positively impact society.
